We appreciate your interest in Hispanic Business Network activities. Our Institution makes a difference inside the heart of the Latino community in Los Angeles. Through our monthly meetings we bring together a group of professionals and business people so that they can make themselves known to each other as a way of improving their businesses and in turn, the Hispanic community.
Hispanic Business Network is a unique group! We are an association comprised of people of different Hispanic nationalities, making up an extraordinary Latino Group! Our association, registered as a Non Profit Organization, was founded in 1998 and has been organizing monthly meetings, networking events, parties and business seminars since then, with the express purpose of raising funds in order to support other business organizations that help our people.

The California Endowment is sponsoring a business luncheon to be hosted by Los Angeles City Councilman Tony Cardenas in association with the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce that will feature a presentation regarding the Affordable Care Act, also known as Health Care Reform. The program will include a power point presentation and discussion regarding the challenges that small businesses face in regard to the lack of health care options, in addition to educating the local business community about available benefits under the Affordable Care Act that include small business tax credits, creation of a small business health insurance exchange, wellness grants and cost containment. A question and answer session will also be a part of the program.
The event will take place on Thursday, May 17th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Marvin Braude San Fernando Constituent Service Center, 6262 Van Nuys Blvd. Van Nuys, CA 91401.
